A prompt is an input that you provide into a Large Language Model, like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc… These LLMs then utilize that prompt to do a task, create an output, or answer a question, such as…
A prompt Pack is a collection of Prompts, organized into Categories and SubCategories for ease of organization.
Prompt Packs help you find the Questions or answers you are looking for easier, than a listing of hundreds of prompts.
Below, we have 5 Categories of Prompt Packs. Each Pack has between 9 and 11 Sub-Topics, with each subtopic typically housing around 8-15 questions.
All total, this library has over 5000 prompts, which you can use to begin your journey with AI.
Like anything new, most people don’t know where to start, which is why we’ve provided this resource as a playground to learn, experiment, and get introduced into this thing called Generative AI, using Large Language Models. So let’s get started.
25 years ago, the first time you probably heard someone say “Just Google It!” You’re response was probably, WHAT is a GOOGLE? or What’s Google? Today, that sounds like a silly thing to say, but I can remember exactly where I was in 2001, the first time I remember a younger CoWorker telling me to “Just Google It!”…. and I was 22 at the time.
Think of a Large Language Model just like the Search Engine. However, instead of people now saying “Just Google It!”, the response is more like “Just use ChatGPT”. Think of Generative AI, as similar, but different from the traditional Web Search.
I suggest either Chat GPT, or Perplexity, the links are below. Perplexity does not require you to sign in, however if you want to save your threads (old responses), you’ll need to create an account.
These prompts are inteded to help you get started using Large Language Models like Chat GPT.
We have also found that using Perplexity is great as well, as it is more in tune with the internet and real-time media.
